Application

FCT and ProtoTera association agreed to promote a PhD scholarship program in order to constitute a community of PhDs with multidisciplinary training in areas of medicine, technology and physics that support the installation and operation in Portugal of cancer treatment centers using protons beam therapy.

The maximum number of scholarships to be awarded in this edition will be five. The granting of the scholarship is dependent on the delivery of all requested documents and on the budget availability of FCT.

Candidates who have previously received an identical type of FCT-funded fellowship or have been selected for a PhD grant in an FCT PhD Program may not apply.
